How long does my order take to ship?

Orders can take up to 14 business days to process before they are shipped. once shipped it should take 5-7 business days to arrive. We are using ground shipping for the time being so if it takes longer we do apologize. Hey fun fact we are new at this! Please reach out to us if orders are taking longer than expected.

Do you offer international shipping? 

Currently we are only doing US shipping as we learn how to navigate this new landscape. Once we have gotten our footing we will be super stoked to start shipping internationally!

What is your return policy? 

Currently we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges. If you have an issue with a broken product please contact us at Tara@mokaandmoons.com & we can figure out a solution together. We hand make and small batch all our products by one person, Tara Adrian. If you want to cancel your order please do so in the first 24 hours & if you need assistance or have messed up your order & want help reach out within the first 72 hours!
